As the Vice President of Solutions for Surety’s Claims Division, Susan leads a dedicated team of professionals, including claims adjusters and support personnel, who are responsible for assisting clients with California Contractor Surety Bond claims. Her leadership ensures that the claims process is handled efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
In addition to overseeing the team, Susan personally conducts Claims Management training. She makes it a priority to keep all claims personnel informed and up to date on the latest applicable statutes.
